You can view our website without any personal information being gathered about you.

We recognise that your personal information should be protected and we will only share your information with third parties that have a need to know, such as those processing our data, or as a result of any statutory or legal obligations. Email

If you register to receive our e-newsletters then from time to time we will email you with information about our products or services.  We do understand the nuisance that spam brings and so we will not overwhelm you with constant e-mail marketing. Our e-newsletter system employs a “double opt-in” mechanism. Upon registering upon the site you will be sent an automated message asking you to confirm your subscription to the newsletter. If you do not confirm your subscription, you will not receive any newsletters from us. You can unsubscribe from the e-newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link on the bottom of each newsletter. You will then be automatically removed from the mailing list.

Copies of any e-mail messages you send us may be stored on our computer systems and those of our web hosting service providers. We will never pass any personal information provided in any communication to any one else.

Website Tracking Information

When you visit our website, information is recorded in our server log files. We use the Webaliser statistical software which analyses traffic patterns and site use from this data. This provides anonymous information about how people have found the site, which pages they have visited, which page they exit from, and so on. These statistics are important to us so that we can make the website more effective and easy to navigate. We also use the Google Analytics program for advanced analysis. No personal information is gathered as a result of either activity.

General Site Security

We take site security very seriously, and we are committed to taking all steps necessary to protect any personal information stored in our databases against unauthorised access. Our site is hosted on a conventional server protected by the latest security software. Both the server operating systems and content management systems are fully maintained, and always updated to the most recent software level to minimise any likelihood of unauthorised access.

You as a user, also have a part to play in maintaining the security of your personal information, by following some simple rules when registering:

• Don’t use a username and password that would be easy to guess

• If possible, use a username and/or password that is not a real word

• Use a long password (8 or more characters) rather than a short one
• Use a password containing letters and numbers
• Use a username and/or password with a mixture of capitals and lower case letters

Following these guidelines will make it very difficult, if not impossible, for anyone else to access your user account with us. If you have any questions about the security or privacy of your personal information, please contact us.

For reasons of data security we cannot accept e-mail requests for details of personal information. cookies

Our website uses cookies to control certain site functionality. A cookie is a small data file, stored on the visitor’s computer which identifies the computer to the site and is used to control access to the site content and other functionality such as the ordering process.

There are two types of cookie used on our site: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files used to store information for your current browser session, and are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies are files that are saved on your computer and contain information that can be read by the site when you return, and are used to manage your user experience, or provide anonymous statistical analysis relating to your visits. Details of all our cookies are shown below. None of the cookies store any personal information that could be used to identify you.

All the cookies are 1st party cookies – this means they are set and used only by our website. No 3rd party cookies (cookies from an external source, typically used to track advertising) are used on our site.

Session cookies for site management: when you access the site, a cookie “token” with a unique encrypted session id code is passed to your computer. This token then controls your access to the site for that session, and is deleted once you close your browser or log off from the site. These cookies are an essential part of the site delivery system, and you will not be able to fully use our site without cookies enabled.

Persistent cookies for site management: if you register on the site and select the “Remember me” option, a persistent cookie is passed to your computer. This cookie is not deleted when you leave the site or close your browser, but is saved on your computer. This cookie contains an encrypted user id code that identifies your computer upon future visits and automatically logs you into the site. This cookie does not contain any personal information that could be used to identify you.
